Physical exercise

WE would recommend to anyone and everyone to perform some sort of physical exercise regularly because for a very short period and some bit of labour one can maintain continuous good health. We would tell anyone that if they have not done anything physical that day than the time spent in front of the television is better spent taking an hour-long walk.
It is extremely heartening to see people, young and old, walking or doing all kinds of exercise in the morning in the various parks and pen spaces that we frequent from time to time. In the morning the air is fresh and after a night's rest one's body is also ready for some work.
We have seen elderly people working in their small private gardens in their balconies or roof for hours together. They derive a great pleasure from it not to speak of the healthy effect that physical labour brings.
The other two things that come to mind are healthy food and proper rest. This three is an unbeatable combination.
