SEC issued a letter to brokerage houses not to encourage small and medium investors by spreading rumours to do trade. This kind of supervision is really appreciable.
Since last few weeks trading of DSE and CSE has been bearish. General index and total transaction fell due to some initiatives taken by SSE earlier. This falling market heavily impacts on small and medium investors' portfolio. Specially most small investors do not have that much analytical knowledge about the share market; they just follow rumours and are often influenced by brokerage house people. If SEC continues taking this kind of initiative it will really help save the small and medium investor. One important thing is, every investor should know about his portfolio, so that he can use his money wisely and earn well from the share market.
