Separate pay scale for SoBs

We, the State-owned Commercial Bank (SoB) employees, have been nurturing hope and observing for the last couple of weeks that the government is wholeheartedly working to offer a separate pay scale for the state-owned commercial banks. A committee has been formed already headed by a cabinet secretary. The bank employees and officials have been demanding for separate pay scale for long as it is very difficult to lead a normal life with this payment. Credit goes to the government for taking this initiative. We hope that the government will accelerate the move and declare a separate pay scale as soon as possible.
