Siphoned-off wealth

NO headway has yet been made in retrieving the money which is alleged to have been smuggled out of the country by influential people, including politicians.
During the anti-graft drive of the emergency caretaker government, many had allegedly admitted to different agencies that they had smuggled their ill-gotten wealth out of the country. Why don't we move to retrieve this siphoned-off wealth?
