Syndicates do exist

Some people insist that syndicates do not exist in Bangladesh. But they certainly do, as do multiple rent-seeking interests all along the delivery line in the market. The government should therefore take realistic steps and intervene properly to monitor the market. A 'free' market should not mean an anarchic market! Rules apply everywhere and a civilised population is bound to follow them in the best interest of the economy.
