Testing laboratory for pharmaceutical sector

The government needs to take early actions to operationalise a central testing laboratory for export-oriented pharmaceutical industries. This has been a major demand from pharmaceutical industries for long. The establishment of such a government-operated central testing laboratory is particularly important for export-oriented pharmaceutical industries. The laboratory can be very useful in strengthening the reputation of local pharmaceutical products abroad through dependable quality certification.
The government has recently cleared the way for the establishment of plants for the production of ingredients for pharmaceutical industries. This reported move will be a very useful one for facilitating sustained growth of the country's fledgling pharmaceutical industries. Now, the government should sooner than later set up a testing laboratory to give the maximum boost to exporting medicines from Bangladesh the prospects of which are considered to be very great.
