SOME educational institutions face harsh criticism for their failure to provide quality education. But the contribution of some educational institutions, colleges and universities to creating skilled manpower for the country cannot be ignored. Some specialised technical institutions enjoy a reputation for supporting economic sectors of the country. brDespite all this, we could not yet meet the total need for skilled or semi-skilled people of the country.
