Traffic police, drivers need better training

ON the roads of Dhaka city, no driver seems to be following traffic signals.
Bangladesh is possibly the lone country where traffic police has to be deployed to regulate traffic, side by side with the traffic signals.
We have problems with both the drivers and the traffic police.
The drivers need better training and motivation to follow the traffic rules. The traffic police should also be better trained and equipped to control the traffic.
Better traffic policing can possibly improve the situation on the roads.
