Treasury forms on sale outside bank

ON September 26, I went to a branch of Sonali Bank at Laldighi in Chittagong to deposit money through Treasury Form. I requested one of the bank staff to give me a set of Treasury Forms. The official without any hesitation and in the presence of all, told me, ''You will get the Treasury Form at outlets near the Court Building." I asked him, ''Doesn't the bank provide the Treasury Forms free of cost?" He then remained silent. I had to collect them from the outlet near the court building at the cost of Tk 5.0. Will the authorities concerned look into the matter urgently and take necessary steps to stop this harassment?
