LUCKNOW, Nov 30: The BJP has pumped in extra resources to meet its target of winning 44 seats in J&K assembly polls, including a team of about 50 party leaders from Uttar Pradesh who had worked as part of the team headed by party president Amit Shah when he was handling the critical campaign for Lok Sabha elections in UP in his earlier avatar as national general secretary, according to website report.
All these state leaders, who are in their late 30s and 40s, have their roots in the BJP's ideological mentor, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, and the party is relying on the experience they gained while working under Shah to help wrest J&K.
BJP's success in the 2014 Indian general elections (Parliamentary & LoK Sabha) and formation of a steady government is seen by the Hindu extremist element In India as a great achievement.
The saffron brigade's ambitions did not stop here, interesting enough is their "too good to be true agenda of Mission 44".
