Roadside bomb claims seven lives in Kabul
MAIMANA, May 06: Seven civilians lost their lives and another sustained injuries as a roadside bomb struck their car outside Maimana, capital of north Afghanistan's Faryab province Sunday, a local police spokesman said. "An eight-member group of daily wagers were going to a work site from Maimana to Almar district today morning, but unfortunately a mine planted by militants on a road struck their car, killing seven innocent laborers on the spot and injuring another," Abdul Karim Yurash said. — Xinhua
India police arrest main suspect after teen raped
NEW DELHI, May 06: Indian police said Sunday they have arrested the main suspect in the gang rape and gruesome murder of a teenage girl, in the latest of several high-profile sexual assault cases in the country. Stormy Daniels taunts fake Trump on comedy show SNL
WASHINGTON, May 06: Stormy Daniels, the real one, took on Donald Trump, depicted by Alec Baldwin, on comedy show Saturday Night Live and taunted him saying the only way to end the furor over their alleged tryst was for him to resign. Daniels drew screams and applause when she appeared in the opening skit of SNL. She took a call at Trump's request from his personal lawyer Michael Cohen, played by comedian Ben Stiller. Trump said he would just listen in as they spoke, and Cohen asked Daniels if she was alone. — AFP
