46th Annual General Meeting of Linde Bangladesh

The 46th Annual General Meeting of Linde Bangladesh was held recently at the Police Convention Hall, Eskaton Garden in the city. Ayub Quadri, Chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting. Directors Moloy Banerjee, Indranil Baghchi and Rupali H Chowdhury were present at the meeting. Mohsin Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director along with Abu Muhammad Nisar, Company Secretary were also present. A final dividend of 375 per cent was approved by the shareholders at the meeting
