Revised issue price for rights issuance
Ratanpur Steel Re-Rolling Mills Ltd.: Referring to their earlier news disseminated on 04.01.2018, the company has informed that the board of directors has revised the issue price of their proposed Rights issuance of 2R:3 (2 Rights Share for every 3 shares held) to Tk. 15.00 each (including premium of Tk. 5.00 each) instead of earlier recommended of Tk. 20.00 each (including premium of Tk. 10.00 each) subject to the approval of the shareholders in the 4th EGM and by the BSEC. The EGM will be held on 09 October 2019 at 11:00 AM at Shaheen Golf and Country Club, Patenga, Chittagong. Record Date for EGM is on 18 September 2019. Another Record Date will be declared for Rights issuance after getting approval from the BSEC.
