Md. Abdul Halim Chowdhury, Managing Director of Pubali Bank, inaugurated the programme as the chief guest. Safiul Alam Khan Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director, and Mohammad Ali, Additional Managing Director and COO, were present as special guests. General Manager of HRD Ahmed Enayet Manzur presided over the programme. General Manager of IT Division Md Helal Uddin was also present.
In his inaugural speech, Md Abdul Halim Chowdhury urged every one to work sincerely and honestly.
He also advised them to equip themselves with diversified banking knowledge to cope with present competitive global market.
He asked all officers to abide by the rules and regulations of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
