National Board of Revenue (NBR) Chairman Md Nojibur Rahman launched software for Digital Identification of Auditors at the inaugural ceremony of National VAT Day and VAT Week in the city on Sunday. FBCCI President Md Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin) and ICAB President Adeeb Hossain Khan were present at the event. Software for Digital Identification of Auditors was launched at the inaugural ceremony of National VAT Day and VAT Week at the new office building of NBR at Agargaon in the city on Sunday, says a press statement.

FBCCI President Md Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin), ICAB President Adeeb Hossain Khan FCA, Vice-Presidents Mostafa Kamal FCA and Md Mahamud Hosain FCA, Member Council and Past Presidents Md Humayun Kabir FCA and Kamrul Abedin FCA were present at the event.
The software was demonstrated by ICAB Database System Manager Md Deloar Hossain.
From now on, one will be able to identify the auditors of a company through the website of ICAB. This is being incorporated as part of ERP System in ICAB.
