Samsung AC service campaign underway

Samsung Electronics Bangladesh is currently operating the 'Samsung Service Campaign 2019' across the country for Air Conditioner (AC) customers who have purchased M-series On-Off and Inverter model AC from any Samsung store, says a statement.

The campaign started on April 07 and will continue up to May 06.

During the campaign, free cleaning and maintenance service will be provided to customers without charge.

This service will also be provided to customers whose warranty has expired.

Moreover, discounts will be provided on repairing services to in-home (IH) and out-of-warranty customers on labour (50 per cent), parts (10 per cent) and gas charge (15 per cent). To avail the cleaning and repair service, customers need to call Samsung call centre at 08000-300-300.

Regarding the campaign, SW Youn, Country Manager of Samsung Electronics BD Branch, said, "Considering the climate factors and the importance of appliances, we aim to maintain post-sales maintenance services to guarantee our consumers' satisfaction. This also helps us to evaluate where we need to open or strengthen our service stores and sales network for customer's convenience."

Along with this campaign, five service vans are still moving around the country in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Barishal, Khulna and Sylhet to provide fast service to customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
