Man gets life term in Bogura murder case

BOGURA, July 23 (BSS): A court here on Wednesday sentenced a man to life term imprisonment in a murder case at Shibganj upazila of the district two decades ago.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Raju Ahmed delivered the verdict on Wednesday afternoon.
The court also
fined convict Azizur Rahman, a resident of Krishnapur of the upazila, Taka 0.1 million (one lakh).
According to prosecution, the convict stabbed farmer Anwarul to death on June 1, 2002 over previous enmity.
