KHULNA, Jan 19 (BSS): A youth was killed and five others sustained injuries as their van was dashed by a bus in the Madhur Mollah Dangi area under Dumuria upazila in Satkhira district on Sunday. The deceased is Mofizul Islam.
Sub-inspector of highway police Kamrul Islam told the news agency when a van with four passengers on board was heading towards Satkhira from Chuknagar, a bus from behind hit the van at around 10:30 am, leaving all its passengers injured.
All of the injured were taken to Khulna Medical College Hospital where Mofizul succumbed to his injuries.
