A view of the Convocation 2025 of Chittagong Independent University (CIU), held in the Chittagong Boat Club at Patenga in Chattogram on Saturday. Energy, Power, and Mineral Resources Adviser Muhammad Fauzul Kabir Khan was present as the chief guest. Chairman and CEO of Youngone Corporation Kihak Sung was the convocation speaker, while UGC Member Dr Mohammad Anwar Hossain was present as a special guest. CIU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr M M Nurul Absar also spoke at the event. A total of 2,189 students were awarded certificates at the convocation and 14 students received 'Top Achievers' Award.
