Dhaka University (DU) authorities suspended assistant professor of the Department of Law Azharul Islam for allegedly tempering mark sheets, reports UNB.
The decision came at a syndicate meeting held on Tuesday evening.
The action was taken against Azharul after the allegation was primarily proved against him, said DU vice-chancellor Prof Dr Arefin Siddique.
