Probe body to submit pry report on Secretariat fire to CA today

A high-powered committee formed to probe the Secretariat fire incident will submit its primary report to Chief Adviser (CA) Professor Muhammad Yunus today (Monday), reports BSS.

"The probe body will submit its report on the Secretariat fire to the chief adviser today and he will decide (whether the report will be revealed," CA's Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kamal Azad Majumder told a press conference in the city.

He said the probe into the fire incident continues and the committee is collecting necessary evidences and samples from the spot. Azad said if necessary, the evidences and samples would be sent abroad for test.

Replying to a question, he said in consultation with Chief Adviser Prof Yunus, the probe body will decide how long time it need to complete its probe into the fire incident.
