Hasnat Abdullah decries sorry state of highway in JS

National Citizen Party (NCP) MP from Cumilla-4 Hasnat Abdullah on Wednesday expressed deep concern in parliament over the frequent road accidents on the Cumilla-Sylhet highway and urged immediate steps to widen the road, reports UNB.
Speaking during a point of order, he said the highway has become extremely dangerous due to its narrow condition and increasing traffic pressure, making regular travel unsafe for commuters.
