Plots, shops of Dilip Agarwala's wife attached

A Dhaka court has ordered the attachment of several plots and shops belonging to Sobita Agarwala, wife of Diamond World Managing Director Dilip Kumar Agarwala, over graft allegations, reports BSS.

The attached properties include 0.1147 acres of land in Chuadanga, a 0.325-acre plot and shops under construction at Theme Omar Plaza in Boalia, Rajshahi, and a 239.37 square-foot commercial space in the Siddheswari area of the capital.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Sabbir Faiz passed the order on Tuesday.
