Pakistan High Commissioner Imran Haider paid a courtesy call on BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman at the party chairperson's office at Gulshan in the capital on Friday. — Collected BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman on Friday held separate meetings with Germany's Ambassador Rudiger Lotz and Australian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Susan Riley, report agencies.
The meetings was held in the evening at the BNP Chairperson's Gulshan office, first with the German envoy and later with the Australian envoy, said BNP Media Cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan.
He said the discussions focused on bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest.
BNP Standing Committee member Nazrul Islam Khan and Joint Secretary General Humayun Kabir attended the meetings.
