Rossinton on brink of historic first in BPL history

Chattogram face Sylhet today

Chattogram Royals opener Adam Rossinton is on the verge of a record which no one could do in the history of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), reports BSS.

The England recruit Rossington will etch his name in the BPL record book if he could hit a half-century when his side will take on Sylhet Titans at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet today (Wednesday).

A half-century in the next match would make it four in a row for him, something which so far no one in BPL history could do.

The 32-year-old Rossington was unbeaten on 60 and 73 runs in his previous two matches before he was dismissed for 58 in the last match against Rangpur Riders. Brad Hodge and Parvez Hossain Emon struck fifties in three consecutive innings in two seasons.
