BKB celebrates milestone in foreign remittance collection

Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) achieved a remarkable success in foreign remittance collection in 2025, securing the second-highest position among all banks with collection of USD 3.13 billion. To mark this milestone, the bank organised a 'Glorious Milestone Celebration' programme at its Head Office auditorium on Monday, where a cake-cutting ceremony took place, says a press statement.

Nazma Mobarek, Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, was present as the chief guest while Managing Director of the bank Sanchia Binte Ali presided over the event.

Certificates and crests were presented to the managers of the bank in recognition of their contribution to this achievement.

Additional Secretary of FID Md Azimuddin Biswas and Deputy Managing Directors of BKB Md Abdur Rahim and Mohd. Khaleduzzaman were also present at the event.
