IPDC FINANCE HOLDS 44TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

IPDC Finance PLC held its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through a video conferencing platform on Thursday. The meeting was chaired by Ariful Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPDC Finance. The AGM was attended by Sarwar Azam Khan, Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee; Mohammad Iqbal Chowdhury, Independent Director; and Dr. A. K. M. Atiqul Haque, Joint Secretary, Government of Bangladesh; and Sabbir Ahmed, Director representing BRAC. Also present at the meeting were Rizwan Dawood Shams, Managing Director; Barrister Samiul Hashim, Company Secretary; Fahmida Khan, Chief Financial Officer; and a large number of shareholders. During the AGM, the shareholders approved a 5% cash dividend and a 5% stock dividend for the year.
