Mr. Ayub Quadri, the Chairman of Linde Bangladesh Limited, presided over the 48th AGM on Thursday. Directors Mr. Moloy Banerjee, Ms. Rupali H Chowdhury and Mr. Tanjib-Ul Alam were present at the meeting. Mr. Sujeet Kumar Pai, Managing Director also attended on the digital platform. The 48th AGM (Annual General Meeting) of Linde Bangladesh Limited was virtually held on Thursday on the digital platform.
Mr. Ayub Quadri, the Chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting and the shareholders approved the annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020.
Mr. Pavan Mysore Vijay Kumar retired under Article 81 of the Articles of Association of the Company and was re-elected as eligible.
The Board of Directors Mr. Moloy Banerjee, Ms. Rupali H Chowdhury and Mr. Tanjib-Ul Alam were present at the meeting.
Mr. Sujeet Kumar Pai, Managing Director along with Mr. Abu Mohammad Nisar, Company Secretary were also present.
A final dividend of 400 per cent was approved by the shareholders at the meeting.
