MIDLAND BANK FUNDS PUBLICATION ON ARCHITECT MUZHARUL

Midland Bank provided financial assistance of Tk 1 million to Bengal Institute for a comprehensive publication on the work and life of Architect Muzharul Islam. The bank provided Tk 500,000 from its Islamic banking fund. The remaining Tk 500,000 was contributed by Midland Bank family members. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, managing director & CEO of the bank, handed over the cheques to Nusrat Sumaiya, research and design director, Bengal Institute for Architecture, Landscapes and Settlements. The programme was held on Sunday at the head office of the bank.
