The 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on Wednesday at The Corporate Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting while Managing Director & CEO (CC) Mamoon Mahmood Shah was present. The 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on Wednesday at The Corporate Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting, said a statement.
Among others Vice Chairman Tateyama Kabir, Chairman of Executive Committee M Badiuzzaman, Chairman of Audit Committee Imtiaz Ahmed, Founder Chairman of the bank Iqbal Ahmed OBE DBA and other members of the board of directors and shareholders, Managing Director & CEO (CC) Mamoon Mahmood Shah also attended the meeting. Due to Covid-19, some directors and shareholders were present physically through following proper hygienic rules while others attended virtually.
