Runner Automobiles PLC held its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Kurmitola Golf Club on Tuesday with spontaneous participation from shareholders. At the meeting, shareholders approved a 10% cash dividend for all shareholders, including sponsor directors, for the financial year ending on June 30, 2025. All other agenda items were also unanimously approved. The company's Chairman Hafizur Rahman Khan, Managing Director & CEO Nazrul Islam, CFO Sonat Dutta, other members of the Board of Directors attended the AGM. The event was moderated by Company Secretary Mizanur Rahman.
