KARMASANGSTHAN BANK'S DEFAULT LOAN RATE 3.68PC
Karmasangsthan Bank held its 'Management Conference-2025' at the Mukti Hall of Bidyut Bhaban in Dhaka on Sunday. Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed inaugurated the conference as the chief guest while Chairman of the bank AFM Matiur Rahman presided over the event. Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Ahsan H. Mansur, Secretary of the Finance Department Dr Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary of Financial Institutions Division Nazma Mobarek and Director General of Department of Youth Development Dr Gazi Md. Saifuzzaman were present as special guests. All directors of the Bank Management Board, Managing Director Arun Kumar Chowdhury and Deputy Managing Director Meher Sultana were also present. Karmasangsthan Bank has achieved notable success at the institutional level. The bank's NPL ratio is 3.68 per cent and there is no provisioning deficit. Key performance indicators, including loan disbursement, loan recovery and profits, have improved, compared to the previous year. Speakers at the conference congratulated the bank's board of directors and managers for such an achievement.
